My name is Melissa Neumann. I am a retired elementary teacher, living in the Hondo, Texas area, who loves to bake cake! I started baking as a little girl with both of my grandmothers. My passion became a business 10 years ago. I love to talk about flavors, designs and create new recipes.

My favorite cake to bake is a wedding cake. It gives me great joy to be a small part of a special day. My wedding cake is a simply decorated vanilla cake, made from scratch with almond or vanilla flavored buttercream.
